Yes! We are a one stop shop. We have a healthy stock of iPhone and Samsung parts. Other models can be done on order.
We also specialize in data recovery and complex board repairs on iPhones, iPads and MacBooks.
Our devices typically have a battery health of 90–100%. If you’d prefer a device at 100% battery health, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you

Delivery
Yes! We offer nationwide delivery using UPS to both Trinidad and Tobago directly to your door.
Please note that we only accept online bank transfers for deliveries.
Most areas are delivered the next day, however remote locations require 2-3 business days

Warranty
Brand New Devices
- Coverage: All brand new devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, which generally covers defects in manufacturing and functionality. The specific terms and conditions of the warranty are provided directly by the manufacturer.
- Process: JRTech will facilitate the warranty process, which may include shipping the device to an authorized warranty center. Please note that we must follow the manufacturer's process for repair or replacement. For assistance, contact us at info@shopjrtechtt.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Pre-Owned Devices
- Coverage: For pre-owned devices, we offer a 3-month warranty against manufacturer defects. If a device has a hardware issue and a replacement of the same type is in stock, you will receive a free replacement. If the device is out of stock, our technicians will address the issue as soon as possible.
