Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 10 AM - 4 PM at #45 Eastern Main Road, Barataria. An email and text message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please contact us before arriving for pickup. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and arrange further instructions. Please note a form of ID is required to be sent to us via WhatsApp at 1-868-314-2599 before pickup.
Local Delivery
To opt for local delivery, enter your address during checkout and select the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery orders are subject to shipping approval based on the order details provided. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, our Customer Support Representative will contact you with further instructions.
- Delivery Timeframes: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via courier. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed for shipping the following business day.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order details and delivery location.
- Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
