Returns, Refund and Warranty Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@shopjrtechtt.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll schedule a day to process it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that for in-store purchases, we strongly encourage you to inspect the device thoroughly, especially the cosmetic condition of pre-owned devices, to confirm that everything is satisfactory. Exchanges will not be made for condition issues identified after the sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or an alternate method at JRTech's discretion. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The original seal has been broken (if applicable)
- There are any cosmetic imperfections that were not present at the time of purchase
- There has been interference by any technicians other than the manufacturer or JRTech
- The device has been exposed to any form of liquid
- The device has LCD damage
- The device has charging port damage
- There are software issues
Warranty Policy
Brand New Devices
- Coverage: All brand new devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, which generally covers defects in manufacturing and functionality. The specific terms and conditions of the warranty are provided directly by the manufacturer.
- Process: JRTech will facilitate the warranty process, which may include shipping the device to an authorized warranty center. Please note that we must follow the manufacturer's process for repair or replacement. For assistance, contact us at info@shopjrtechtt.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Pre-Owned Devices
- Coverage: For pre-owned devices, we offer a 3-month warranty against manufacturer defects. If a device has a hardware issue and a replacement of the same type is in stock, you will receive a free replacement. If the device is out of stock, our technicians will address the issue as soon as possible.
